During your in depth appointment Jennifer provides personalized, evidence-based nutrition therapy to improve your health, educate you on macronutrient needs for disease management, increase energy levels, enhance your mental/physical performance, and end your struggle with food by utilizing a mindful and intentional eating approach. 

You can achieve your goals through easy shifts in food and lifestyle behaviors and habits.  Working with Jennifer can provide the accountability, education, motivation, and support you need for easy, successful, sustainable results without restrictive diet rules!

What you'll experience during your initial appointment:

  • Thorough medical and health history
  • Review your current diet, nutritional supplements, and prescription medication
  • Discuss any current and relevant blood work
  • 75-minutes with the nutrition & food expert, an RDN
  • Ask your personal health and wellness questions 
  • Personalized Health Plan to refer back to during our health journey

Your Initial Consultation is the perfect time to ask health and wellness-related questions and take notes as we go into more depth about your health (past/present), lifestyle, wellness goals, and metabolism.  

Once you've purchased your 75-minute Initial Consultation you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions on how to get started.  I look forward to meeting you in person or virtually!
