**I recommend having a regular day/time each week for our Mindful Check ins OR you can spread them out every other week over the 60-Days if you prefer, that's up to you.
But I will say that people can tend to drop off after Week 2 or 3 so I would recommend scheduling at least the first TWO of your four appointments in week ONE and TWO.
When clients have that initital level of personalized support, they finish the challenge stronger than the DIY person typically does.
